Orkut is a famous “Social Networking Website”. It is been affected by virus called as “Bom Sabado”. The meaning of Bom Sabado in English is “Good Saturday”. The analyzers told that virus affected the XSS of the site. This Bom Sabado virus affected various profiles in orkut. When the user signs into his/her profile and clicks on the suspicious link. It will automatically generate the message and sends a scrap to the friend from that particular profile. Those scraps look normal like other scraps. If your account gets affected with this Bom Sabado virus, then immediately change the password and security question. So friends be careful while clicking on suspicious links. It would be better if you won’t sign into your account until they fix the problem.
Not only the Social Networking Website like orkut is been affected. Others like Twitter, Facebook also got effected by this worms. Lets hope that they will fix the problem soon…
